Electrical Lighting Overview:

We use the most energy efficient lighting. With recessed cans we use Airtight cans. With these cans when you Cooling System comes in it does not pull hot air from attic. The reverse happens in the winter when Heating comes on cold air does not comes in to heated house. We also use Electronic Ballast with  Fluorescent Lighting instead of the older Magnetic Ballast. The Electronic Ballast are much cooler and cost less to operate. The lamps used in the Electronic Ballast also produce more light than the lamps used in the Magnetic.
